Utah’s Dating Violence Awareness Month has officially begun. Some Utah teens have participated in the statewide media contest which closed Feb. 1st and now it is time to recognize the winners. In honor of the month, there is going to be a “Healthy Relationships Rock” concert with bands, singers, dancers etc. performing. Winners of the media contest will be announced and receive recognition at the concert. The concert is Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Murray High School and begins at 7:00 pm and it is FREE.
Spread the word to teens interested in attending. This is a great opportunity for them to come to an event win prizes and have fun while getting information about how to have a healthy relationship, which is what Dating Violence Awareness is all about.
