- Check all of your connections.
- Call your school support person. If you don't know who
that is, click on support.
- Submit a work request. Each ticket is tracked until it is complete.

How do I download my pictures or my itunes to a flashdrive?
Insert the flashdrive or USB. Your computer will recognize the drive and assign it a letter, example (F:). Find the folder where the files/folders where the photos/music are saved. Select an item by clicking on it. Select multiple files by holding CTRL while you click. Once you have selected all the items you want to copy, right click one of the selected files. Choose COPY. Then go to START>MY COMPUTER. Find the flash drive letter listed here. Double click it. Once in the flash drive, right click on an empty area of the screen, and choose PASTE.
