About Murray High School:
- School schedule – 7:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Wednesday school hours
are from 7:50 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. student
enrichment time.
- Enrollment – Murray High serves approximately 1550 students
from 10th through 12th grades
- Mascot – Spartans
- School Colors – Orange & Black
- Building History – Murray High School was originally located
on the east side of State Street at the current Hillcrest Junior
High location. It was rebuilt and moved across to the west side
of State Street in 1954. A brand new, state-of-the-art Murray
High School was completed at the same location in 2003.
