We will have the following provided:
- Assistance with all registration forms-grades K-12
- Translators on site
- Transportation-if needed please contact Cris to make an appointment: cwesterfield@murrayschools.org
- Supervised activities on site for small children
- Dental clinic sign up available (services will be provided at a later date) – please bring proof of insurance
- Immunization clinic available
Please remember to bring the required documentation for registration:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of residency (examples: Dated within 60 Days: Lease agreement, utility bill, driver’s license, letter from approved government agency, payroll stub, bank/CC statement, vehicle registration/insurance, medical bill; Dated within 12 months: W-2 form, property tax bill.)
