Amber Rogers
The Murray City School District is pleased to announce that Amber Rogers has been selected to be the vice principal of Murray High School beginning July 1, 2024. Her appointment will be officially approved at the Murray City School District Board of Education meeting on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Ms. Rogers brings 15 years of experience in education, a deep passion for student success, and a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. She began her career at Murray High School as a teacher and swim coach before gaining additional experience in the Canyons School District as a teacher and instructional coach for new educators. Currently, she serves as a vice principal intern at Hillcrest Junior High School.

Her leadership philosophy aligns closely with Murray High School’s mission to create a supportive and engaging educational experience where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Ms. Rogers will succeed Emily Bird, who has been appointed as the district’s Director of At-Risk Programs beginning July 1, 2025.
