Murray City School District is currently reevaluating the student dress code, and a committee of parents, students, and staff has been formed to assist in this process. We are requesting your feedback on the dress code via a short survey. This feedback will help guide us in making recommendations to the Board of Education for any updates to our current policy.

Please note that the survey asks for your opinion and allows you to comment on all statements in the dress code. Should you wish not to answer and/or comment on a particular statement you may skip forward.  Additionally, this survey will be given to students in grades 6-12 to gather their feedback.  Should you wish to opt your child out of the survey please contact your school’s principal.
