Registration and More: MCSD Offers One-Stop Assistance Event August 4

On Tuesday, August 4, 2026, Hillcrest Jr. High School will host our annual Parent Registration Assistance Night (for K–12th grade students), offering one-on-one, guided support tailored to the needs of Murray families. Designed especially to eliminate language barriers and navigate the enrollment process, this community event brings together dedicated team members, health professionals, and district leaders under one roof.
What to Expect at the Event
Whether you have quick questions or need step-by-step guidance through the entire process, informed MCSD team members will be on hand to assist parents with registration.
Here is a breakdown of the comprehensive services and resources available:

Guided Registration Support: Informed team members will provide hands-on assistance for MCSD student registration, ensuring all forms are properly completed and questions answered.

Healthcare & Immunizations: Salt Lake County Health Department nurses will be on site to assist with required vaccinations and answer general healthcare questions.

Vision & Dental Screenings: Utah Oral Health Access will offer preventative dental options alongside permission forms for both vision and dental screenings.

Free & Reduced School Lunch: Families can learn about and apply for free or reduced-price school meal programs on the spot.

School Supplies & Family Assistance: School administrators and organizers will provide a variety of supports—including assistance with essential school supplies—for families facing economic challenges.
