You know the popular idiom, “Time flies when you’re having fun”? Well, it appears our printed bell schedule took that sentiment to heart and tried to sneak in an extra 10 minutes of fun for our elementary students this year!
We’re still investigating how the bell schedule got away with it without anyone noticing for so long. But we have caught the error and regret any confusion this has caused.
For the record, elementary school (at all seven Murray schools) will start at 8:40 am each day. If you happen to see a loose bell schedule out in the wild internet, reporting something different, please notify authorities at the Murray City School District office at 801-264-7400 so we can catch it.
